How To Get There 

By Train

The Shangri‑La is easily accessible via Singapore’s MRT network. The nearest stations are Orchard (North South Line) and Stevens (Downtown Line). From either station, it’s a short taxi or rideshare journey to the hotel.

By Plane

Singapore Changi Airport is around 25 minutes from the Shangri‑La by taxi. Follow signs to the arrivals taxi rank or book a rideshare from the designated pick‑up points. Airport shuttle services also operate regularly into the city.

By Taxi / Rideshare

Taxis and rideshares are widely available across Singapore. Simply enter “Shangri‑La Singapore” as your destination. Drop‑off is at the main lobby, with clear signage guiding you to the event spaces

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating they wish to attend an event organised by ITW. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to itwteam@capacitymedia.com.
